$500 for the YEAR

What are the steps to purchasing a lot and building a home?

  1. Buy a vacant lot directly from us. (You can buy a lot and build right away or wait and build later.)
  2. Sit down and go over the plans with our builder.
  3. Decide on upgrades, colors, cabinets, flooring, countertops, etc
  4. Start the build.
  5. The build is done in two phases. All prices are set.: 

Can we make changes to the home plans?
Yes, you can make changes. However, you cannot modify the footprint of the home.

Do Copper Point/Island Lake lots have municipal water?  
No, each lot has its own individual well

Do I have access to Castle Rock Lake? 
Yes, lots on Island Lake have access to Castle Rock Lake. 

Are fireplaces allowed? 
Yes

How big is Castle Rock Lake? 
Castle Rock Lake is the 4th biggest in Wisconsin. It is 17,000 acres.

Are the Roads paved? 
Yes

What restaurants and bars are near Copper Point/Island Lake? 
Shipwreck Bay, Portofino Bay, Pine Cove and The Dirty Turtle are all within a couple of minutes by car or boat. Carlson’s Rustic Ridge and Lakeside (formerly Splash) are 15 minutes away by boat. Buckhorn Store, Buckhorn Grill, Cedar Springs and Kozy’s Pizza are minutes away by car.

Is there a golf course nearby?
Yes. There are a number of courses nearby.

Do you allow short-term rentals at Copper Point/Island Lake?
No. Not at Copper Point/Island Lake.  We DO allow short-term rentals at Sunset Lake.
