Will Copper Point have amenities?
Yes. 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with an INDOOR WATERPARK, INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, workout facility, hot tub, toddler pool, reception area and gathering area. Outdoor facilities include tennis courts, sand beach, sand volleyball court, three separate 20-acre private lakes with sand beaches, golf putting green, trail network and playground.
Where is Copper Point located?
Copper Point is located just west of the Buckhorn bridge.
Will Copper Point be sewered?
Yes. Copper Point will be connected to the town’s sanitation district.
Will the developer provide financing for lot buyers?
No. However, we can introduce buyers to banks that can provide 100% financing to qualified buyers.
Do I have access to Castle Rock Lake?
Yes, all lots have lake access.
Can I have a dock for my boat?
All lots (waterfront, private lake lots, and water access) sold in 2007 get a permanent boat slip on Castle Rock Lake
If I buy a lot, can I use my own builder?
Yes, you can use your own builder.
Is there a guarantee that all lots are buildable?
Yes, we guarantee all lots are buildable.
Are utilities already provided?
Sewer, Electricity, telephone, and cable will be available at lot lines.
How big is Castle Rock Lake?
Castle Rock Lake is the 4th biggest in Wisconsin. It is 17,000 acres.
Is there a must build clause?
No, there is not a must build clause on these lots. You do not have to build a home. You can simply hold the lot for investment or for future building.
Will the Roads be paved?
Yes. The roads are paved.
Is there an Association? How much are the Association dues?
Yes. There is Homeowner’s association. Dues will be approximately $500-600/year.
What restaurants and bars are near Copper Point?
Shipwreck, The Dirty Turtle, South Shore, Gilligan’s and Pine Cove are all within a couple minutes by car or boat. Carlson’s Rustic Ridge and Splash are 15 minutes away by boat. Buckhorn Café, Cedar Springs, and Kozy’s Pizza are minutes away by car.
